The house is organised around a central courtyard that acts as the heart of the project, articulating the spaces and naturally separating the public area from the private one. From the main entrance, an elegant entrance hall leads to this space of light and calm, the backbone of a distribution designed for the comfort and functionality.

In the public area, the large living room space is developed with a fluid and continuous design, marked by a double height that provides spaciousness and luminosity. The large glazed surfaces connect directly to the terraces and the garden, diluting the boundaries between interior and exterior to fully enjoy the Mediterranean environment.

The ground floor also reserves a bedroom with en suite bathroom, ideal for guests, along with the laundry and pantry areas, carefully integrated to ensure comfort and practicality on a daily basis.

On the top floor, the master bedroom opens to the views, with an en suite bathroom that prolongs the feeling of well-being and privacy. In the back, two additional bedrooms, also with en suite bathroom, complete an intimate and balanced set.
