Layout

When accessing the house, an L-shaped space organises the day area, integrating the living room, dining room and kitchen in a continuous, open and bright environment. The rooms are oriented towards the garden and the pool, connecting with the landscape through large windows that blur the boundaries between interior and exterior.

In the back, and making its way between the main volumes, there is a master bedroom on the ground floor, an intimate and cosy space that enjoys natural light and a direct relationship with the outside. This arrangement provides the home with greater functionality, allowing comfortable and versatile use throughout the year.

The upper floor, arranged in a linear way, houses two typical rooms that share a common bathroom, along with a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and open views of the landscape. Each of the rooms has its private terrace, which not only prolongs the interior space to the outside, but also generates the flights and porches that characterise the architectural composition of the lower floor.

In the basement is the garage with capacity for two vehicles, along with the technical areas of the house, a large storage room and a laundry room, guaranteeing order, practicality and an optimal domestic organisation without altering the formal purity of the design.

The result is a home with precise volumes and balanced spaces, which combines functionality, elegance and connection with the environment.
